  • Submit official transcript of record from all post-secondary LVN schools
  • GRE scores that is completed within five years of the application date

Prerequisites: In addition to the bachelor’s degree in non-nursing field, the applicants need to complete the 17 to 20 credits with a grade of B or higher of pre-requisite coursework from accredited university or college. For applicants who have not taken the prerequisites, they can take it online.

  • Anatomy with lab (three to four credits)
  • Human growth & development through lifespan (three credits)
  • Microbiology with lab (three to four credits)
  • Nutrition (two to three credits)
  • Physiology with lab (three to four credits)
  • Statistics (three credits)

Note: United States immigration regulations is requiring students who need F-1 visa to fulfil all the prerequisites before the I-20 be issued. To have enough time in completing all steps in visa process, applicants must need to submit their official transcript or submit the official course by course evaluation having final grade of B or better for prerequisites courses to office of the admission at least three months prior to beginning of the term.
